I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the State of New Jersey and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). I love working with children, teens, adults, and families and have foundational training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I love to integrate creativity, play, art, culture, and music in my work with clients of all ages.
I earned my Masters of Arts in Professional Clinical Counseling from La Salle University in 2024. Previously, I completed a B.A. in Italian Studies with a minor in History from Temple University, I specialized in Visual Arts at the Philadelphia High School for Creating and Performing Arts.
For over ten years, I have been passionate about Italian American/Italian Diaspora Studies. After focusing my undergraduate studies on the Italian Southern Question, I participated in the 2016 John D. Calandra Institute's Italian Diaspora Studies Summer Seminar at the University of Calabria. I also taught Italian language classes from 2012-2016.
As a lifelong Philadelphian, I have studied and practiced art since childhood. My work is inspired by Southern Italian and Italian American history, culture, and folk religion, as well as the history of resistance and worldwide struggles for liberation. You can purchase my prints on etsy.
